We're hiring an experienced pharmacy technician for a contract job where your expertise will directly support pharmacists in delivering exceptional care. Minimum Requirements:
- Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Georgia is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy technician experience within the specialty is required.
- Required hazardous drug and chemotherapy compounding experience, preferably in oncology settings.
- Demonstrated proficiency in two or more pharmacy function areas such as production/distribution, oncology, inventory management, narcotics, nursery, surgery, compounding, or outpatient/home care.
- Prior experience assisting pharmacists in filling, compounding, and dispensing physician orders in hospital or oncology-affiliated environments.
- PTCB certification preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Hospital.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0800-1700, Monday through Friday.
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
- Candidate must be able to work in oncology pharmacy and support compounding duties.
