Job Title: Certified Pharmacy Tech - Travel Job (#444194)

We're hiring an experienced pharmacy technician for a contract job where your expertise will directly support pharmacists in delivering exceptional care. In this position, you'll play a vital part in ensuring patients receive the medications they need by assembling, stocking, and distributing them with precision and care. Minimum Requirements:

  • Active State Pharmacy Technician license or registration for Michigan required.
  • Prior pharmacy technician experience in a retail, hospital, or compounding pharmacy setting required.
  • Experience preparing sterile IV admixtures and non-sterile compounding preferred.
  • Knowledge of medication labeling, lot tracking, and expiration date procedures required.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy inventory practices including receiving, rotating stock, and posting lot numbers required.
  • Experience working under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist and assisting with final checks required.
  • PTCB certification preferred.
  • Basic computer skills for entering prescription and billing data required.
