Job Title: Pharmacist - Travel Job (#443845)

We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you will use clinical expertise to ensure the safe and accurate distribution of medications to patients across age groups. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out to walk you through next steps.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in California required.
  • Minimum 2 years of recent pharmacist experience required, including prior travel pharmacist experience. No local candidates will be accepted.
  • Experience with IV admixture preparation and narcotic accountability preferred.
  • Familiarity with federal and state pharmacy laws, DEA regulations, and The Joint Commission standards required.
  • Experience collaborating with physicians and providing medication education to nursing staff and patients preferred.
  • Experience with medication safety initiatives, patient profiling, and adverse drug reaction reporting preferred.

  • Facility Type: Hospital.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Days 0700-1630.
  • Shift Pattern: Days vary, includes Monday through Sunday coverage as scheduled.
  • On-call requirements: No.
  • Float Requirement: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the system as needed.
